Our team kindly requests that all clients arrive for their appointment with a fresh face, ready to be pampered. Additionally, we appreciate clients arriving 15 minutes early to ensure a seamless start to the beauty process.
Our cancellation policies
To ensure the smooth running of our schedule, we encourage clients to use Acuity Scheduling to minimize no-show cancellations. Please set up a cancellation policy and have it agreed upon at the time of booking.
